UN VIAGGIO DI IMMERSIONE ALLE PENDICI DELL’HIMALAYA.
UN’OCCASIONE PER ESPLORARE SE’ STESSI ATTRAVERSO LA PRATICA.
UN’ESPERIENZA DA CONDIVIDERE CON ALTRI SADHAKA.
Annalisa has been my yoga teacher for a few years and I am enthusiastic about her. She knows how to convey with competence and grace the love for the discipline that she teaches both in group and one-to-one sessions.
Always attentive to the allignment of body and mind during the practice, with grace, strength and confidence she guides you on the path of knowledge of yoga and of yourself.
